Hearthlight’s historic first full-populace vote is on the horizon!
The safety and security of our players is of the utmost importance as one of Hearthlight’s core values. To better serve that value and our players, the Board of Directors, in conjunction with our Hearthlight President, has put together a resolution that would bar retaliation from any party against individuals who report violations of our Safety and Discipline Policy.
The aim of this resolution is to help ensure that individuals feel safe to report violations so that Hearthlight can continue to provide a safe environment for participants. Ballots will be sent to all current Hearthlight Members on 4/29/2019 and will remain open until 5/27/2019.
