Hearthlight's chapter are independent branches of the organization that run the game within their area.
If you're getting involved in Hearthlight for the first time, your first step will be to find your closest chapter and visit one of their practices or cultural events (crafting nights, etc).
If you can't find a chapter near you, consider starting one!
